TALENTS
For the celebration of this third edition held in Santiago De Los Caballeros, Let ‘s Drunch has selected a group of talented Dominican profiles that ensure a unique and unforgettable evening.
The gastronomic part will be in charge of chef Alberto Morel, renowned Santiago chef and graduate of the French Culinary Institute of New York and Laura Mella, with experience in gastronomic consulting in the main restaurants of the city. Both have designed a 10-course tasting menu inspired by the Caribbean and Christmas.
The cocktail bar comes directly from the city of Santo Domingo: El Atelier, presenting its star cocktail maker: William Benitez, who was responsible for the cocktail bar of the Central Restaurant in Peru, currently with Michelin stars.
The music by folklorist Fellé Vega accompanied by guest DJ’s.
An art exhibition by the Dominican artist based in Barcelona, Yermine Richardson and his project Pop-Caribe.
LOCATION
The chosen location is Casa De Las Vistas, a private residence that opens its doors for the first time as the new boutique event venue in Santiago. The views over the entire Cibao Valley from its spectacular garden promise to amaze every attendee.
