It doesn’t matter if you are a professional Chef or you don’t even cook not even a sandwich at home, The Cooking Fiesta is the house for those who want to have fun, meet new people and immerse in our kitchen to dance and learn how to cook different tapas. That’s why we designed this experience: to connect people by cooking in group, discovering new ingredients, tasting new flavours and sharing a meal together while we meet people from all over the world.
You will be welcomed by our hostess in a private hidden location in Barcelona with appetizers and premium drinks before starting to cook. Our Chef Henrique will make an introduction and explain each of the 5 courses from our international menu. You will cook each course with the group while the Chef teaches professional techniques and give you tips to select the ingredients and make the base for each course. After all, we will share our preparations cheering with a glass of your preferred drinks.

Rodolfo Madera
I’m an architect, interior designer & food event producer. I’m very outgoing and love to meet new people. I decided to mix all my passions into one and create an experience where people could meet and share a meal while enjoying an incredible dinner at a unique location. Apart from The Cooking Fiesta I have more experiences running in Barcelona: the Clandestine Dinner Party and the Authentic Paella Class by the Beach.
Henrique Cortat
¡Hola! I’m Henrique and I’m from Brazil. I came to Barcelona to study a Master degree in Culinary Arts after been a Chef for 12 years in my country. I’m passionate about cheering moments and meeting new people. Cooking is one my passions, but the most important thing is to create a good environment and make people feel like home. Join me at my kitchen to discover new flavors and put the hands in the dough!

This is hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever done. As a vegan, going to magical cooking parties or events is always a bit annoying since they substitute or leave out what I don’t eat, rather than thinking what I would absolutely LOVE to eat and make it with love, which is what happened with Rodolfo & Henrique. Their charisma and welcoming attitude made us feel like we were really having dinner with friends, and the amazing food we prepared together was the cherry on top. This was an amazing, one-of-a-kind experience! Total must for anyone who loves food, wine, and having a lot of fun. To be honest, when I signed up, I didn’t know what to expect and was a bit apprehensive – I am not really outgoing, and hanging out with strangers can be a bit intimidating. There was no reason to worry; Rodolfo made the experience welcoming, inclusive, and fun from the very first minute! It was a great opportunity to learn some delicious recipes, enjoy amazing wine, and meet great new people. I would highly recommend it, thanks so much for your hospitality!
